As the newest branch of Đậu Homemade, Đậu Phú Mỹ Hưng brings a youthful vibe with a touch of Hanoi street-style creativity, while still preserving the unique essence of Đậu—especially the signature bún đậu mắm tôm, along with numerous other dishes that carry the authentic flavors of Hanoi.

Unlike the nostalgic tones of previous branches, Đậu in District 7 showcases a modern, cheerful style, like a miniature corner of Hanoi.
The striking frontage features bright yellow tables and chairs, creating an inviting spot for those who enjoy outdoor seating—where you can experience the feeling of “sidewalk bún đậu” but without the hustle and bustle. Stepping inside, you’ll find familiar Hanoi touches lovingly recreated, such as the Báo Mới newspaper wall and a “bia hơi” style bar counter.

Although the space is new, Đậu District 7 still serves up the authentic flavors of bún đậu mắm tôm and other Hanoi specialties.
A generous platter includes rice vermicelli, fried tofu, chả cốm (green rice sausage), boiled pork leg, and a variety of toppings. The highlight lies in the Northern-style shrimp paste—fluffy, smooth, and richly seasoned—that elevates the whole dish.

In addition, there are over 30 enticing Hanoi dishes you can’t miss:
Crab paste hotpot with beef brisket and cartilage ribs
Fried fermented pork (nem chua rán)
Fried crab spring rolls (nem cua bể)
Grilled pork sausage with cartilage (dồi sụn)
…
Phú Mỹ Hưng in District 7 is home to many expats from Korea, China, the US, Australia, and more. Not only do they work in Vietnam, but they are also passionate about Vietnamese cuisine—especially Hanoi dishes. With delicious flavors, fresh ingredients, meticulous preparation, strict food safety standards, and HACCP certification, Đậu’s dishes have won the hearts of both locals and international visitors.
